Check-in and check-out are both at 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out attract an additional charge of 50% of the room charge.

A ₦20,000 caution fee is compulsory for the Royal Apartment. For events, a ₦20,000 caution fee applies to all events, and a further ₦20,000 applies to decorators.

Events run from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Conferences and seminars run from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Extra hours of generator support start from ₦100,000, depending on the size of the hall.

External chairs are not allowed into the halls. Musicians, DJs and external vendors must bring their own generator; they may not tap the hotel's power. Buying food and beverages from the hotel earns a 15% discount on hall hire.

You will receive a booking reference as soon as your request is recorded. An enquiry is a quote request and does not hold any date. A pending reservation holds your room or hall for a limited time. A confirmed reservation is guaranteed by the hotel or by verified payment.
