Booking & Payment Policies
How reservations, payments, caution fees and cancellations work.
Rooms & halls
Check-in & check-out
Check-in and check-out are at 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out attract an additional charge of 50% of the room charge. Guests must present a valid means of identification at check-in.
Payments
Full payment is required according to the hotel's booking policy. Online payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave; the hotel never sees or stores your card details. A booking is marked as paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Cancellations, changes & refunds
Cancellation, modification and refund requests must be made to the hotel in writing, quoting your booking reference. Whether a refund applies depends on the hotel's policy at the time of booking and how close the request is to your arrival or event date. Please contact the hotel to discuss your booking.
Event hall rules
- Events run from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Conferences and seminars run from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
- Extra generator hours start from ₦100,000 per hour, depending on the size of the hall.
- A caution fee of ₦20,000 applies to every event, and a further ₦20,000 applies to decorators.
- Buy your food and beverages from the hotel and enjoy 15% off hall hire.
- External chairs are not allowed into the halls.
- DJs, musicians and external vendors must bring their own generator.
